Nice improvement. Had the game crash on me once while loading a quick mission but smooth since. Haven't tried multiplayer yet but if it's at least as good as before the mini-fix I'll be happy.
Single player is definitly better, 50 fps on black death with SSAO and AA off is a big improvement. Keep up this rate of improvement and contact! Throw in some tanks/infantry and make this a better version of WWII online and I will throw money at you.
