Lock up on Bessarabia dcg campaign

I've also had similar lock-ups lately. Jameson, I'm away from my PC now, but I'll definitely try your workarond. Is it applicable only when you want to record your flight? I had not enabled any track recording by myself when I had the lock ups...

There are two types of recording in Il2, trk and ntrk. Trk is on whenever you fly and you have the option to save the mission you've just flown. Ntrk you have to turn on the menu and when you do, stops the trk recording I think. Starting and then stopping ntrk seems to remove the problem of lockups though.

It seems to work for me too: none of the missions which locked up before have done it so far after doing the start-stop recording.
