If 10 testers have a range of PC's and they get CTD's all the time with our version of CLOD, then they apply the patch and now the CTD's have stopped and they have made no hardware changes to their PC's, what does that tell your about the CTD's?
am i missing something? (by the way i made up the number of testers just in case i get jumped on again)
