If you shot a parachutist, wouldn't he just slump in his harness. Even if the parachute did collapse it'ld still keep him in the upright position.
Every so often I get the erge for some model rocketry. Ribbon chutes still stabilise the falling rocket. It would be very unlikely for the chute to detatch completely, and even if it did you'ld still have the shrouds Last edited by Skoshi Tiger; 04-11-2012 at 01:57 AM.
