We will have any info-update today friday? B6? any news?
Please restart the comunication with the community. A lot of people here are waiting "some" to calm down the anxiety.

Thanks.

Who cares anymore? - Either way this place goes 'round in circles.

I don't think because if it the developers were close to release an update we would have more "stuff" in the past weeks.

They still have more talent than most of the performers who receive Grammy Awards.

There's an old Steve Martin routine. He's an accomplished banjo player and he used to play one during his comedy act in the 1970s. He'd start strumming and the audience would listen with rapt attention - playing something like Foggy Mountain Breakdown or some such fare. After a few stanzas he'd comment that "the banjo is a happy instrument," still plucking away. "It's hard to be depressed." Plink plink. Then he'd go into this melencholic largo vocal, while still playing the banjo.

"Oh, death and grief and sorrow and murder." Then gave a wicked smile.

The irony and why everyone laughed is that, even though the words were 'depressing,' the accompaniment of the banjo made the song sound light and fun.

SOoooooooooooooooooooo while we may not have news of the patch, while we may not have heard what we wanted in the updates. We still had banjo music.

What's it mean to us? Make the best out of a bad situation. In some way I think he believed (and I've felt this since July when Luthier posted this) that cushioning bad news with a banjo made the news a little less hard to take. I'm quite sure I'm reading too much into it, but the feeling hit me hard when I read that update and it immediately reminded me of that old joke. I never thought of the update with banjo music as mocking the fan base.

I wonder if Luthier is a Steve Martin fan?
