I have a 'made in the USA' "IL2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles Gold Pack" including IL2:Forgotten battles and the Ace Expansion Pack. It has different artwork to your Forgotten Battles image in post 1.

Is it of any use?

Managed to find a copy of the Complete Edition in an EB Games store (Australia), curiously they seem to get NTH America release and ship them over (or under, as some may see it)

alas, it was a Made in Europe cover. (not Made in France, but Europe)
