Problem: There is not pipeline or high voltage power line(ok, there are plans for the latter, but...). Back to your idea: The dry parts of a continent are usually towards the center of it. That's where you need the water. How does it get there? And last but no least: It's a free patent, if it did work those wheels would be all over the planet - it produces a something you can sell. |
