Once you have downloaded and extracted the files from the 'zip', put the resulting folder (or just pick your fav icon) somewhere safe and make a mental note of where.
On your desktop right click on your current icon and choose properties. In the dialogue box that opens up click on 'change icon' on the 'Web Document' tab. Use the 'browse' button to navigate to wherever you put the icons folder. Choose your fav icon and click 'OK'. Job done ~S~
