Haven't seen anything like that since the Chech movie, Dark Blue World. The Poles are supposed to be making a movie about their Squadron 303, but that won't be coming out for at least a couple years.

Yep watched that movie, IMO the only WW2 airwar movie worth watching. It is actually quite good movie.
Don't see such quality airwar movie happen any time soon.

Everything today needs to be extra CGI packed, and of course - sterile.
