Unable to patch to 4.11

Critical question is... where is your game installed and where is the patch installing it to? The patch will default to C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946. If it's not there then it won't work and the patch installer might not like the UAC control in Windows Vista/7 telling it that it's not allowed to install there without elevated permissions. That would be my guess where your error message is coming from.

My game was installed in program files (x86).

Got the same problem, however i did direct it to go to my x86 folder, still shows im at 4.10.1, no waring messages
