They could be sending volumes of data to AMD/Nvidia every hour on the hour, but if their sales are not up to snuff, they won't lift a finger to address them.

Well at least the driver teams would KNOW how the GFX engine works. It took AMD 10 years to fix original IL-2 issues, but they did it even IL-2 is not an AAA game And now the situation for AMD and nVidia is the same, the game uses DirectX. Sure oversimplifying it but the DirectX is the same for both, Microsoft does not favor neither brand..

Not going to read through 4 pages but:

I had blue stripe, brown stripe even red stripe issue with cliffs of dover then other games, it turned out my graphics driver was corrupted... I reinstalled the drivers - which now auto update... I have never had the problem since.
