VSync working in 4.11?

Using RadeonPro with the vsync option under the:

Visual / Vertical Sync Control / Always On

tab for me (using openGL, triple monitors+TrackIR) is very smooth, but I found out from some other thread not to enable triplebuffer and that has removed stutters and main menu mouse jitters.

I have not tried the new profile options in CCC because I prefer the interface with RadeonPro but I assume you could achieve the same with that.
