I've been really enjoying CloD in it's current state for the past couple weeks. After some tweaks it's been running great for me. Can't wait for even more improvement in performance. (AA is badly needed).
Try my SMAA configuration, it does a good work :

Is a good replacement until the true AA is fixed.

Ops ... I mean SMAA *fixed*

It took me a time find a balance between the AA quality and the Predication tech but it looks really nice, high quality AA on cockpit and nice trees and houses with no performance hit and textures messing

I haven't played Cliffs of Dover in ages. The patch will be a great excuse to get back into it!

Agree. When IL2 4.11 patch was released, I switched back to IL2 because of all the flyable planes. I will test this new CoD patch, but I think I'll really return to this new series only once BoM can be bought. So many things in IL2 are working so well now.

My wife says i'm a very patient man and she should know, being married 33 years, but i couldn't supress a little smile when i read in the update: quote: "there is some progress in optimizing graphics" unquote
After so many months: "some progress"...doesn't make sense
But as said , i'm a patient man, so good luck Devs, i'll wait.I have no other option

I'm missing, together with the Wing i'm flying with, no point at all.Hence we and i'll wait, as i am a patient man,but then again, in an update, i wouldn't call 50% performance boost "some progress",PR wise speaking, i would call it "a huge progress"...unless...i dunno
No problem on my side, i'll wait. Hence i'm married for 33 years

Is this the one your talking about. i see no problem with it, although I doubt they would be able to address all the problems in a few months, when its taken years to get to this point.
