Well, I don't know if the tank explosions don't do anything all the time. I've been killed in a 109 from a tank explosion (burned to death

Well I managed to fly my spitfire 1 at 140mph, all shot up, with the engine running at a near idle RPM of 1670 or less.
Then I turned it off to land, but decided to restart it and suddenly I had over 2000 RPM. WTF!
