Cheers Grathos, the problem I have is that on the BF109-E3 I have no idea as to how 'open' or 'closed' the water coolant rad is (except for the temp gauge reading). Or is it just a two position rad cowling?
Removing the sliders and using text only tells me if the rad is fully closed or fully open. I though there was a way of showing rads (and Flap settings) as a percentage but may be I am wrong. The oil cooler Rad is fine and you can see just how open/shut it is.
