i have these sqare lines only if i have set land detail to medium or low...with high they should disappear.

Thanks for the reply. I'll give that a try and see what happens.
If that is the cause, I'll just have to live with them.... Land detail on high nearly kills my poor old PC!! EDIT: Just tried setting land detail to high and the lines remain, I'm afraid. Can anyone suggest any other potential causes? Last edited by 159th_Jester; 12-17-2011 at 02:21 PM. |

mh interesting...then maybe set the textures to high...if that still doesnt work, im afraid i cant help you any further.

Thanks for your help on this David. Unfortunately I've tried various GFX setting combinations (within the limits of my PC specs!) and the lines are still there.
I guess I'll have to wait for a newer nVidia driver to be replaced and hope that sorts it out. |

im sorry that this didnt work for you...but for performance reasons, i have to play with medium textures as well, and after some time, you'll somehow get used to the ugly lines.

I've max settings, but I get those ugly lines in white. The funny thing is that they appear only when banking the plane.

Just remember to clear the cache after each graphics change.
