Looking to get CloD for my brother for xmas in the US. A boxed version for cheap. Any chance it will go on sale anywhere?

The collector's edition is not available in the USA.

The boxed DVD is only a Steam install.You still have to d/l the game.The game is not on the DVD.There is no paper manual.The manual is a PDF within the game directory.
