Go to
..\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\mission\campaign there are subdirectories like "campaign_Erpr.Gr.210" etc. in these subdirectories you will find a file called state.ini open it with a editor and change the Number after battleIndex battleIndex 0 0 is the first mission 1 the second 2 the third so you don't need to start from the beginning again.
