play it on Windows 7 ,no problem till this time (newest direct x).

I am not the least bit surprised that not a single 1c person came in to offer help with this.

it is unbelievable! no one help to solve the problem.

There are many people who can not play. It is not an isolated case, many people with the same problem.

It seems to be a great game, but very incompatible.

Unfortunately this problem can be both caused by slow CPU and integrated video card. The game is using Unreal engine which requires powerful PC.
