Hey FOz, I've recorded the programme & will catch it later.
Did you read the other week that some old official MOD documents have been released that show Guy Gibson was shot down by the tail gunner of a Lancaster he was following home? Apparently Mossies were often mistaken for Junkers 88's & this happened more than once. The tailgunner was named(don't know why?) & lived with the secret till he passed away. Bader was shot down by blue on blue too I believe . (Probably a Hurricane pilot!  )
