Default Video RAM issue?

hi, I did some try about launcher.exe stopped working problem.

I use gpu-z, g15 keyboard and LCDSisReal so I can check GPU infos during the game, as GPU utilizzation, temperatures and video memory use.
I guessed that the laucher.exe exiting event is due to a videomemory issue and not about system memory as I read above.
I have a 16GB DDR3 game PC. I use 8GB of RAMDISK to play IL2 CoD and others, this make me happy about the game loading time and missions loading time as well as about any stuttering troubles due to the load of any object from the disk during the game. You can believe me if I say that there isn't need of more memory at this point because I stay always just a bit higher then an half of system memory used but anyway I still have the "launcher.exe stopped to work" problem. Taking a look about the video memory use I realized that when I end a mission and go to load a new one, the video memory stay occuped and consumes other video memory over the previus until I arrive at 2000MB used and then I get the launcher stop working message.

I have an HD6950 2G video card so I can think the issue could be due or about the AMD drivers or about a game issue. Nice to know if others using NVIDIA video card can check this, or others with ATI Video card can check this related to the driver version.

I'm using the 11.10 3th preview amd driver now.
