CHECK YOUR THROTTLE JOYSTICK YOU HAVE
I had same problem until i move my throttle to a center position
the mouse worked

Cliffs of Dover may not be up to par at this time and I'm not comparing it to BF3 but I have to say I think EA is trying to cause seizures. There is something in the lighting that is causing my left eye a lot of pain I mean I have ruptured a blood vessal in my eye playing it for only half a day, can't say that for COD.
