Yes, "vertical" harmonization is present.

Actually, there's just convergence, no division to "vertical" and "horizontal" ones. When you set convergence to, say, 100m, this means ideal bullet paths from all guns will intersect precisely 100m infront of your gunsight (along sighting line) - regardless of what kind of combination of vertical and horizontal adjustments this goal requires.

This becomes apparent for example on a Mk108 equipped Bf 109s. When you set your convergence to longer distances, slow mortar-like flying Mk 108 shells will first rise above the sighting line and then fall back down to cross it around the convergence distance.
