@Bombi, this is how it works, on all planes if I remember well. The only particular problem with the Ju-88 is that it takes such a long time to open the bomb bay doors that it can be a real nuissance if you do the first bomb drop and forget to immediately press the keys to keep the bomb bay doors open...
