if you are having isues after this update or reinstallation try running the
program .net40 in the il2cliffs folder *:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\redist\DotNetFx40_Client This fixed my buidlings invisible issue and my FPS stutters
