I don't think full screen and or Vsinc is working. I got 100+ fps in game with full screen and vsinc on@60hz.

is it activated ingame and also in the gpu´s control panel??? though i experienced that despite the fact i activated vsync everywhere.

Settings like V-sync and AA on your card don't bite. It works if set in the games video menu though (AA up to2X).

Vsync is working fine, it caps your max fps of course to 60 but you don't get tearing.
