Less than 1fps?!

Not since before i installed this new gpu, though the old one was a radeon 4850 which aint far off.
I cant think of any games that run on the unreal engine that ive got installed, off the top of my head either. Ill have a snoop around later and check it out. Im sure ive got something.

Today we will check Off-road on almost same config. Right now we have no idea why it works so slow.

If possible try to launch any other new game based on Unreal engine. As on our PC with almost same config the game runs very smooth. Right now we can only suggest to try to disable the antivirus or some of background programs that can affect performance. According to your dxdiag there is no any visible reason why Off-road acts so bad.
