On the serious side....I would rather the patch be released when it fixes the issues in the patch notes. Imagine if it was released and some bugs it was supposed to address were still there or new ones popped up. Best to have a complete patch.

I dont think the patch will make any difference tbh as it still probably wont contain any real fixes or solutions to problems or missing features.
