The best way to do it is to pm Evgeny.Another way is to pm CrazyIvan (he will love me for this!) and ask him to point out the problem to Evgeny.Its worked for me in the past here.
Remember Evgeny is I believe Russian,and moderates the whole 1C forum,so some things might get past him.There needs to be more moderators here,or every thread risks going south,and a lot of people just will not bother,and that would be a shame.
