I finally took the plunge and D/Led "Not My Time to Die." (It's a big file)
The vocals are all fuzzy and distorted. I couldn't get too far into it. I'll have to try and DL it again. It took over 2 hours the first time. Baaaaaaaaah.

Hope Oleg accepts your offer. IL2 series is already known as a "work of art" so it seems a good thing to have BoB supported by media artist Mysticpuma. Apart from the proven quality of your work I believe it would be of great interest for prospective buyers to discover that the video was created by a long time fan.

Hi Robert, if you have downloaded and successfully extracted the file, then you should not have a problem with it. Odd the sound is distorted, usually people complain they can't see the video.

You could download the Klite Codec pack, which contains every codec you will ever need, and also gives you the option of installing Media Player classic, which is better at playing videos than MediaPlayer 10 and 11!

Download link is here:

http://www.free-codecs.com/K_Lite_Co...k_download.htm

I suggest downloading the full version, it is still free and contains all you'll ever need.

Hope that helps, and just an update, still no news from 1C or Oleg

Fingers-crossed though

Cheers, MP.

I've not had a problem with any other films you've made, Mystic. (DiVX codec right?)

I think I got a corrupted D/L. After the first minute "Not My Time to Die" plays fine. Then at about 8:20ish the audio distorts. It's the voice acting that garbles. The rest is fine and I'm getting great stereo seperation with sound EFX appearing from varying angles etc etc.

I'll try another download from M4T. If then I still have problems I'll gander over to your above recommended site. Thanks for the reply.

NMTD can be viewed, streaming, at Gamerz Theatre here: http://www.gamerztheatre.com/content/view/165/82/

The smartest thing Oleg/Maddox1C could do is take advantage of the IL-Community movie-makers, specifically Mystic Puma. All the previous promotional trailers released by UBI have been abysmal...horribly lame in presenting the product and stimulating sales. It's been a marketing disaster since day one.

Good Luck, MP!!
