No my GPU is not part of the Hadron Collider Experiment  Yeah it does effect only steam games, i have no problem what so ever with non steam games. My PSU is about 1 year old and i have no other related problems i guess that would present themselves if it were a PSU issue. I will disconnect my card, reboot my pc without the card and fully uninstall all ATI drivers, reboot. Shutdown. Reinstall Card and drivers and pray. I really cant afford a new card right now
