I have the same problem.

I asked for help from 1C Publishing Tech Support and wait for an answer.
When will I receive will publish it here.

. It's not an issue that stops me playing it's just frustrating having to type in a different cd-key all the time lol

I received the following reply:

"This is a problem with MOW:Vietnam, which uses same registry path as MOW.
MOW:Vietnam developers should use different path to solve this problem.
We have notified them about the issue.
They’re working on a fix for this.

1C Publishing Tech Support".

How about using another name instead of using the same one that you have in another account
