No it is different Ilya. luthier is luthier on that forum too. Nicknames which are in green color are developers but not all of them are developers of CloD. RoF, DCS, WoP devs are also registered there. The thread is a useless "are we there yet?" thread. No need to translate. Better search for Oleg Maddox posts if you like.

You do not have to copy-paste. Just copy the link to Google and it will translate the whole page. Not much useful info though.
