Men of War: AS map scroll stuttering

You shouldn't have any problems with this ... I have
a less powerful computer and I run Assault Squad on Maximum
Quality without any lags ... And I never noticed background's loading ,
which version you have ?

I have the latest version. But don't you notice anything when the game loads it's assets when a tank explodes for example ? Or when you load a saved game and scroll the map, the game loads textures, objects and everything else.
