Great photos from everyone. I need to get some sleep, but this thread is making me want to put the game in. olifre had a shot a couple months ago that looks like a great movie poster or box art for the game. Might have to play with it in photoshop later.

It's interesting to see how great the game can look (is it me, or does the Hurricane have the best body texture in the game?) and at other times how dated the engine is. I imagine BoS will use the same engine. It's still impressive for this generation and what it is. Best flight sim graphics I've ever seen... of course I haven't played a sim since FS2000 and the first Warbirds was the last WWII flight sim I ever gave any amount of long play time... but after seeing what DICE has done with Battlefield 3 and idTech's new engine in RAGE (shoot, even the latest Ace Combat is looking pretty shiny though I'm not particularly intrigued by the game), I would love to see what Gaijin could do with that kind of tech.

yes totally agree with u!hurricane have one of the most beautiful texture body in this game,i add too,the la serie,me109 serie and spits serie.

yes this game is really very very nice,contrast,colors,light effects...all seems to be so real and nice!!those guys of gaijin are really a magicians!!
i wait for birds of steel too!!!

Did you know that you can use the PS3 photo facility during cut scenes?
Below are examples from the opening titles but cut scenes between single missions also work and do give some really nice angles and shots you wouldn't normally get:
