Are there People here which could translate japanese text?

Try Katakana.
It's a phonetic alfabet which they use for foreign words.

Beacuse it's pronounced by japanese it might take a while to get it right.
Saying it out loud makes it easier.
For instance Luxman ( like in the amplifiers) is pronounced Rukusuman.

If I read it correctly, it's actually PLA repair.

But the L is pronounced as "R" and then phonetically.
Try to say it quickly 10 times LOL

Haven't found a PLA repair outside of Japan yet though.
Might be strictly japanese?
