Before I made these changes I couldn't play grass on with out stutter. Now I have grass on and 40-60fps silky smooth, no stutter. big battles.

I have similar results closer to 40 fps over the channel and coasts without clouds, but I dont think anybody is able to fly over London with success. (buildings popping in and out etc, slower fps)

I'm very curious about how you have SLI working with your 460s. Please share your method/settings in nvidia cp.
Also, what setting in game?

Also what the heck does HPET do? never heard of that...

EDIT 8/7: Im running over London with success: My settings were too low: Buildings needed to be set to max in order to render correctly....didnt hurt fps too much
