Hi PurpeAtome,
the reason you've been offered that version of IL-2 for only 75p is that this is the 1.0(?) version from 2001 and there's no way to patch that to the current 4.10.1.... You'll get IL-2 1946 for say USD 5, Euro 2,99 or something similiar somewhere (check the big store round the corner). Invest that, install it, and then follow the update/patch-path (at no cost) I described. Where are you located? Maybe somone here can point you to a source. Artist
