So that don't work. Boost cut-out command defaulted on aircraft key commands to letter "T". Still only getting 2300 rpm max. No WEP. Throttle at max position.
Set up for throttle though? Enable the "Reverse" option to the right? I've played around with the below and can't get any response. 0% POSITION? 0% DEAD ZONE? 100% POSITION? 100% DEAD ZONE? MAX% DEAD ZONE? |

How about setting the proppitch to fine? That'll do the trick.
If cem is disabled you'll fly with coarse pitch, hard to get high rpm's then.

and, at least in my very limited experience in the Spitfire Mk.Ia, the boost (110%) has no influence on the manifold pressure and engine rpm in this plane....

Which is the 'new' features called '0% POSITION' and 100% 'POSITION' where both default to 0.00 The problem is the 100% POSITION should default to 1.00!! not 0.00!! Set it to 1.00 and you will be good to go Start with this 0% POSITION = 0.00 0% DEAD ZONE = 0.00 100% POSITION = 1.00 100% DEAD ZONE = 0.00 MAX% DEAD ZONE = 0.00 Than you can play with the 'dead zones' settings if you want But I would leave the 'position' settings alone for now, they are for advance stuff that you may not even need Last edited by ACE-OF-ACES; 08-03-2011 at 12:41 AM. |

Dear Pilots
can you please teach me what 'deadzone' means considering the sensitivness of my X52's axes? Sorry, but I am German and have huge difficulties with the terminology and setting up my X52 with Clod. I am still trying the tuts and moreover fumbling around with trim settings. I do not know but hope so that the Hurri for ex. gots all three trims. Anyhow, I can not get it flying hands off level.... So, still lost in the 'ground'. Talking about dead zones, I would like to apply something like that, if I knew how to, on my throttle. I has a pyhsical block an ca. 80% up. This is by design and you need a bit more power to get through... But I do not want that. I want that at this position my throttle has 100%. Full steam... Can you give me a screeni to understand things`? Thank you |
