Well spotted Dutch! Right on the money. And Leslie Ash was pretty damn nice, agreed!
With all the pictures of these bikes around it reminds me of the time I was pulled up at a set of lights on my Vespa, all suited and booted, parka, etc. I was suddenly surrounded by about 20 or 30 bikers on Harley Davidsons in club colours. The biker next to me looked over, and I got ready to go full throttle, but all he said was "nice bike", to which I replied " Thanks, yours too ". Lights went green and I took off and I was actually ahead of the pack for about 2 seconds till they raced past. Ahh, memories ...

Yeah, great memories. I was a bit of a hybrid, in that I dressed like a mod in the late 70's/early 80's, but rode motorbikes and listened to mostly heavy rock and blues music. I used to get some funny looks from the denim/leather clad longhairs when I was headbanging to Lynyrd Skynyrd's 'Freebird' in my two-tone box jacket and skinny tie. Then when they saw me on my Z650 and in leather from head to toe they got even more confused. Great fun.

Quadrophenia is a classic Who? album though, film is ok, but the album is just superb.
