That used to be part of my 'admin' role at work! We have a lot of power issues at work and it’s a common occurrence!

But now we've shifted to a centralised administration system and pressing the button to restart the server has been taken out of my job description! Now it takes email and a two to three hour wait for the server to get restarted! Great way to start off the day!

customer service is crap these days....cant get ANYONE on the phone...you have to open a "support ticket"...
