Multiplayer Menu CTD

I am experiencing a strange issue..
while flying on singleplayer mode everything works fine..
but when i am flying multiplayer i can fly, fight, etc. then after RTB if i press "ESC" key to get i.e. a new aircraft my sim crashes to desktop.
Anyone experiencing the same problem ?
Devs know 'bout this ?
Anyone found a way to fix this ?

AMD Phenom II X6 1090T AM3 BLACK BOX
Corsair XMS3 4GB 1600Mhz DDR3
AMD/ATI HD6870 1GB
Hdd 500 Gb Western Digital SATA-2 7200 Rpm
Corsair 800W CMPSU-750TXEU

Everything is at stock clocks.

I think I know what you mean, kinda have a similiar problem. What helps is pressing "esc", this bring me back into the Sim mode, then again pressing "esc" finally gets me back into the menu. Strange stuff there.

Unfortunately i get "Application stopped working" popup.. so your trick is not working for me

The strange thing is that it happens on Multiplayer sessions only and even more strange is this is not happening if a friend of mine hosts and i join him!!
Only happens on servers that i see in the server browser (i can't see my friend, i need a DirectIP connection to join)

Solved (part of it at least..) by setting my desktop theme as "Windows Standard" (i'm using Win7).
Now i'm not getting the "application stopped working" thing when i hit 'Esc' but i can't see the menu, even if i press 'Esc' again (get back in the sim) then press it once again.

Help..

Completely solved since i've removed UBI logo from game start
