Im running everything high except land texture and land shading and forest medium, roads, shadows and grass on vsync on in control panel not ticked in game and AA 4x but I do run at 1680x1050 which is native to my old 22in runs very smooth over sea and most land, very minor stutters over London down low, if looking over the wing, av. about 20fps down low over London and 40+ in most other situations.
Also my card is the stock Asus card so it only has a slight OC, I havent OCed further yet but will probably bump it up a bit in the future if needed.
