Can't save nationality, reverts to british?

On quick mission page, choose both planes flyable, then you can click on bottom pilot picture. If it highlighted, u will fly the bottom (german or italian) plane. After that u can choose AI plane in upper slot.

Thanks for this. Been playing the game for weeks and didnt know how to change sides.

Thanks for the info, I thought my computer was screwy or something.
I will try it out now, I can.t believe how detailed and hungry this thing is, but the first one was too.

Am I missing something on how to turn off markings so that I can use custom skins without the games markings overlayed on the custom skin?

I dont know. The plane customization (skin, markings, weapons) does not function properly (very complex, and lots of limitations), the User Interface is now under adaptation.
