Steps:
Mode- Gray Scale
Brightness Contrast -Adjustment
Levels -Adjustment
Duplicated Original Screenshot layer
Apply Sketch Filter > Torn Edges to duplicated layer
Turn 'torn edges' layer opacity to around 45%
