the smaller the plane the better turner the faster for less drag

did they make any miniplane in wwii? that could have been pretty effective as a fighter

Its just to expensive, we can put small vid/cameras on the planes and get combat footage, which makes you dizzy just looking at it. FPV is to expensive to set up, and i think would make it to hard to fly. Plus in a dogfight there is usually 18 aircarft airborne at once, you need to have your wits about you, not your head buried behind a dark set of goggles..

you gotta wonder

they could sell a remote controled plane like that control via cell phone at whatever distance for less than a hundred bugs

man this is not capitalism at all when such thing is not in the market

Privacy laws make these illegal in some countries, as far as I know Australia is one of them.

I seen some movie when I was kid, and they had rc's planes that shot darts.

Other than that I want to put a camera on my rc rock crawler and drive it from big flatscreen in the lounge

Depends on the state. New South Wales has the Surveillance Act, which does not allow any person to use a device to look into someone's house or yard. You would have to show some sort of 'mens rea' for the offence to be valid, however I can see massive problems if someone decided to report an incident to police. I wouldn't charge someone for it if they were just flying around but I can imagine a few people using the toy for other purposes.
Most people would not be using the device for a criminal purpose but I can see some problems if people started putting the myriad of things seen in yards and in homes on Facebook, You Tube etc.
