One question that i wanted to ask Oleg: Will game record aircraft damage and repair history (if not repaired or checked, rate of failure for that aircraft would be grater etc...)?

Sorry to tell you that, but you are missing the important bit here. Whether offline or online, you'll have to access the game code to implement new aircraft and as long as this isn't a 150% secure process you'll never see such tools released, even if Oleg said so. It's my understanding that recent events have had quite an influence on future development in that area for Oleg and his team.
