WIth regards to the sound issue. I was doing some offline testing of one of my missions and found it presented the same issues, i.e. Sound would start to fail on the spawning of AI. No internet was involved in the causing of this problem.
If you can reproduce the issue please make a small track with this very moment and upload it here. I will send it to the devs.
