Try higher filtering/smoothing (I dont remember teh name) setting for Z axis in freetrack

This could work but bear in mind the more smoothing you use the more response lag you introduce which can detract from quicker head movements which makes it feel a bit sluggish much like mouse lag.

Janpitor - I have the smoothing whacked to the max. I also tried turning the z axix "off", but neither of these help.
Since UP 3.0 I've tried 6DoF in IL2 now, and get the same issue, so I assume it must be down to my Freetrack profile in some way. I'll have to delve deeper. Thanks for the suggestions. Ted |
