I agree with you to some extent but the 109 is still playable for me. I map the propeller pitch on a axis on my saitek quadrant ( lever down decrease pitch and lever up pitch increase and at middle of the axis well neutral ( not like the cockpit animation ). I hope that the Dev team will soon correct it like it was meant to be in a more realistic way just like the real thing. !
